Summary

We're a Canadian telecom services distributer hiring a Channel Manager to grow our network of independent sales partners across Canada B2B telecom agents, MSPs, IT resellers, and B2C sales teams. You'll have a real platform to sell: integrated CRM, deal registration, supplier quoting, monthly commission statements. Partners earn a tiered share of commissions, starting at 60% and growing to 75% as their book grows. Your job is to find the right partners and bring them in. The job: Source qualified prospects on LinkedIn (Sales Navigator provided) Cold outreach by email, LinkedIn DM, and phone Run discovery calls with interested prospects Book qualified prospects with our Director of Sales Daily activity reporting and clean CRM hygiene Required: Native or near-native English — phone-heavy role with Canadian agents 2+ years in B2B sales, partner recruitment, or SDR/AE work Confident with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs, and cold outreach Self-directed — you hit daily targets without being chased 20–30 hrs/week, overlapping Pacific Time business hours Nice to have: Telecom / channel / TSD background. Existing Canadian B2B network. Pay: base + performance bonus on signed partners clearing ramp. 30-day review.
