Long-term, full-time, remote. You need to know YouTube automation inside out and be able to run channels and a team end to end. What you'll do: Open new channels and set up new Airtable bases Hire and train new team members to launch those channels Spot outliers and double down on them fast Check the quality of the team's work Keep everyone on deadline and hitting KPIs Strong, clear communication with the team Must have: Proven experience managing faceless YouTube channels (share links + results) Can lead a remote team and hold deadlines Excellent English communication Pay: $500/month retainer (long-term) Bonus when KPIs are hit To apply: Send channel links you've managed with results - MINIMUM 10K/month channels One short case study — what you did and what happened
