Channel Manager for Talking Head Psychology YouTube Channel

I am looking for skilled channel manager to join our team and help build out psychology-focused YouTube channel. I am looking to draw inspiration from the writing and engagement style of this channel: https://www.youtube.com/@davidmcewenemt The existing channel to build and improve is: https://www.youtube.com/@TheOliverXP I need some guidance in this area, as I have products, funnels, etc built from years of offering services across Social Media networks. However, Youtube is a new channel for me to dedicate to building out. Rates and contracts are negotiable and I am looking for someone to work with long-term, working up to a full time, incentive based opportunity that can be very lucrative for the right person. This person will be responsible for identifying the existing content that can be made into long-form, trending keywords, title and thumbnail ideation, coordinating with scriptwriters and other members of the team, etc - all to align with the existing channels core mission and my own unique style and expertise offering.
