2D Character Animator (Live2D) — rig & animate a kids' app mascot for iOS

Summary We're building a cozy kids' learning game for iPad. We have a finished mascot illustration ("Pip" — a fluffy teal creature) and need it turned into a fully app-controllable Live2D model so it can idle, blink, react, eat, and talk with audio lip-sync. You'll deliver the rigged Live2D model + a set of motions. We handle all app/SDK integration on our side — we just need a clean Cubism model built to a clear spec (provided). What you'll deliver Cubism source (.cmo3/.can3) + exported runtime files: .moc3, .model3.json, textures, .physics3.json, and one .motion3.json per motion below. Motions: idle (breathing + blink loop), happy, sad, eat/chew, talk, celebrate, tap. Required parameters (standard Cubism IDs) including ParamMouthOpenY for audio lip-sync, blink (ParamEyeLOpen/ParamEyeROpen), look (ParamEyeBallX/Y), head/body angles. Physics on ears, fur, and the antenna so they jiggle naturally. Character must match our provided illustration exactly. (Full technical brief with exact names + acceptance criteria will be shared with shortlisted applicants — it's a drop-in spec for our app.) Must-have Portfolio of Live2D rigs, ideally expressive / talking characters (VTuber models, game mascots). Experience exporting for the Cubism SDK (we use the native/iOS runtime). Comfortable exposing ParamMouthOpenY so we can drive lip-sync from audio amplitude. Nice-to-have Experience with kids' / mobile-game mascots. Physics setup experience (fur/ears).
