AI Character Artist - Build a Repeatable Pipeline for an Animated Character

We're looking for an AI image/3D specialist to help us create consistent images of a single animated character performing various activities across different environments (e.g. the character cooking, hiking, at a desk, etc.). Must be able to work US hours (PST) as needed for live collaboration and quick turnarounds. The priority is repeatability. We don't just want one-off images — we want a reliable process for generating new scenes on demand while keeping the character on-model. That might mean a trained LoRA, a rigged/textured 3D model that feeds into an AI workflow, or another approach you can defend. We're open to the method; we care about consistency and speed of iteration.
