3D Character Designer for Sci-Fi Soldier

I need a 3D character designer to create a sci-fi soldier. The character must be rigged, easy to use with weight paints, and ready for texture with Adobe. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3D design and animation, with a focus on character modeling and rigging. This project requires an intermediate level of proficiency. Please use the image as a reference for what we are looking for. We are hoping to have this fully completed in 30days. Feedback will be given & updates must be received. We are also open to bonuses upon final asset design. Final design will be used in Unreal Engine. This will be for a cinematic. All credit will be given to the artist on all platforms once the cinematic is complete and released.
