Summary

I need a low-poly, rigged, and fully animated 3D character (monster/NPC) delivered as a game-ready FBX. The model will be integrated into an older MMORPG engine, so it must follow a strict low-poly, single-texture, game-asset style — not a high-poly render or sculpt. I will provide reference images. Deliverables 1× FBX file containing: the mesh, the skeleton (bones), the skin weights, and all animations (see list below) as separate named clips. Source file (.blend, .max, or .ma). Texture(s): diffuse map(s) as separate image files (PNG/TGA), power-of-two resolution. A short preview render or turntable video of the animations. Technical Requirements (must follow exactly) Spec Requirement Delivery format FBX (mesh + skeleton + skin + animations in one file) Polycount 1,000–5,000 triangles (low-poly, game asset) Textures Diffuse only, power-of-two dimensions (256×256, 512×512, or 1024×1024) Number of materials/textures 1 material / 1 texture atlas if possible Skinning Max 4 bone influences per vertex Rig Standard bone hierarchy (no IK-only rigs, no drivers/constraints baked-in). Animations must be baked to bone keyframes. Scale & orientation I will provide a reference skeleton/model — the rig must match its bone hierarchy, scale, and axis orientation Naming Each animation as a separate, clearly named clip/action (not one long timeline) Required Animations (all baked as separate named clips) idle1 (looping) idle2 (looping) walk (looping) run (looping) (optional bonus: cast/skill, spawn/appear) Each animation must loop cleanly where relevant (idle, walk, run) and be exported as its own action/take within the FBX. Very Important — Rig on a Provided Skeleton I will supply an existing skeleton (FBX) from the target engine. You must skin the new mesh onto that exact bone hierarchy rather than building your own custom skeleton. This is mandatory — it lets the model drop straight into the engine and reuse existing animation data. Please confirm you can rig to a provided skeleton before bidding.
