Summary

We're a growing Shopify subscription ecommerce company looking for an experienced chargeback consultant to help us improve our dispute process from top to bottom. This is not a customer service role. We're looking for someone who can analyze our current process, identify weaknesses, and design a system that increases our chargeback win rate while reducing future disputes. Responsibilities Audit our existing chargeback workflow Analyze historical disputes and identify patterns Recommend operational improvements to reduce chargebacks Improve the quality of our dispute evidence Create standardized templates and SOPs Advise on fraud prevention and chargeback management tools Train our team on best practices Experience with Shopify, subscription ecommerce, Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal, and fraud prevention platforms is preferred. This project will begin with an audit and recommendations, with the potential for ongoing consulting if it's a good fit. What are the three biggest mistakes you commonly see ecommerce companies make when fighting chargebacks?
