Chat Specialist (Starting September) I'm a content creator looking for a dependable Chat Specialist to join my team starting in September. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys communicating with people, building online communities, and creating positive experiences for an engaged audience. **Please Note:** I'll be traveling around September and may have limited access to my computer during that time. Because of this, I'm looking for someone who is reliable, communicates well, works independently, and provides regular updates when needed. ## Responsibilities * Manage daily inbox communications * Respond to community messages in a friendly, natural, and consistent brand voice * Build positive relationships with audience members * Encourage engagement through thoughtful conversations * Assist with posting content across social media platforms * Share content ideas and help brainstorm creative concepts * Keep organized notes on important interactions when necessary * Escalate questions or situations that require my attention * Help maintain a welcoming and professional online community ## Requirements * Excellent written English * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Friendly, empathetic, and conversational writing style * Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented * Able to work independently while following brand guidelines * Previous experience in customer support, community management, or online engagement is a plus * **Social media experience is a plus but not required** ## Position Details * Long-term opportunity * Start date: September * Flexible hours depending on workload * **Pay: Open to discussion based on experience.
