Chatbot for Customer Interaction

Kindly read before applying, I am looking for an experienced chatbot developer that can develop a chatbot that can effectively respond to customer inquiries through WhatsApp, process orders, and assign them to drivers. And sending tracking link for the customers to track live location of driver while it is in the delivering phase. As well the chatbot must be as if a real human is responding (we have one time service and monthly one and loyalty program too to be connected). So a dashboard must be developed along that to control the database. The ideal candidate must have experience in developing chatbots that integrate with existing systems to streamline customer service operations. The chatbot should be able to handle a variety of customer interactions and ensure smooth order management.
