I run a commercial business using Odoo as my ERP. I need to build a complete WhatsApp multi-agent customer service system using Chatwoot (connected to Meta WhatsApp Business API) fully integrated with Odoo. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Chatwoot Setup & Configuration Connect Meta WhatsApp Business API to Chatwoot Create agent accounts and team structure Configure labels: VIP, Normal, Pending, In Progress Set up conversation queues: New messages vs In-progress (no mixing) Configure round-robin auto-assignment between sales agents Set up quick reply templates (product catalogues as PDF attachments) Supervisor dashboard view (marketing manager sees all agents + all conversations) 2. Chatwoot + Odoo Integration (via Webhooks/API) "Create Customer" button inside Chatwoot → creates contact in Odoo Auto-send order confirmation via WhatsApp when sale.order is confirmed in Odoo Auto-send invoice via WhatsApp when account.move is posted in Odoo Auto-send delivery notification via WhatsApp when stock.picking is validated Sync VIP tag between Odoo and Chatwoot 3.
