Chief Architect Designer/Modeler/Visualization

Hello, I am looking for an experienced Chief Architect designer/modeler to develop a highly detailed, fully editable Chief Architect model from my completed architectural and structural plans for a custom luxury residence. This project is already fully designed by my architect and will soon have completed structural/slab engineering. I am NOT looking for architectural design services or plan revisions. I am looking for an accurate, construction-ready Chief Architect model that will serve as a long-term visualization, estimating, and construction coordination tool. I am looking for a long-term partner who can continue updating the model throughout construction as finish selections are made and design decisions evolve.
