Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Location: Hong Kong only Type: Full-time Reports to: CEO / Founders Company Overview We are a global supply chain and logistics solutions provider delivering end-to-end services including product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution. Operating across multiple continents with a strong international footprint, we provide fully integrated solutions to our clients through a global network of warehouses, partners, and logistics capabilities. As we scale, we are looking to bring financial structure, improve profitability, and prepare the business for strategic growth opportunities, including potential M&A activity. Role Overview We are seeking a hands-on, strategic, and operational CFO to build and lead our finance function. This role is critical in bringing structure, visibility, and discipline to our financial operations while driving profitability, efficiency, and long-term value creation. The CFO will play a key role in: -Strengthening financial reporting and forecasting -Optimizing cash flow and working capital -Driving cost efficiencies and margin improvement -Supporting fundraising, M&A, or exit strategies -Implementing AI-driven and automated financial systems This is a transformational role, combining strategy with execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Leadership & Structure Build and implement robust financial processes, controls, and governance Establish clear monthly reporting, dashboards, and KPIs Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning Ensure global financial consistency across multiple regions 2. Cash Flow & Performance Optimization Develop accurate cash flow forecasting and working capital management Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives across the business Improve EBITDA through operational and financial efficiencies Analyze profitability by client, region, and product line 3. Strategic & Commercial Partner Act as a key business partner to the CEO and leadership team Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making Evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and strategic initiatives Support pricing strategies and margin optimization 4. M&A, Fundraising & Exit Readiness Prepare the company for potential acquisition, investment, or exit Lead financial due diligence, valuation, and deal structuring Work with external advisors (M&A firms, investors, auditors) Build investor-ready financial models and materials 5. Systems, Automation & AI Implement modern, scalable financial systems across global operations Introduce AI-driven tools for reporting, forecasting, and analytics Automate manual processes to improve efficiency and accuracy Integrate finance systems with operational and supply chain tools 6.
