One-Time Consultation: UCITS ETF Portfolio Review for Non-US Investor

I’m looking for an experienced investment advisor for a one-time consultation and independent second opinion on my long-term ETF retirement strategy. I am a Serbian citizen and tax resident, a non-US person, and plan to invest through Interactive Brokers using USD. My proposed portfolio is: 80% VUAA (Vanguard S&P 500 UCITS ETF, Ireland-domiciled, accumulating) 20% CNDX (iShares NASDAQ 100 UCITS ETF, Ireland-domiciled, accumulating) My plan is to invest approximately $1,000/month for the first 3 years and at least $500/month for the following 17 years, with a 20+ year investment horizon for retirement.
