Chief Financial Officer — Few Hours/Month

The Role This is a fractional/advisory role, estimated at around 5 hours per month. We don't need someone in the weeds day-to-day; we need a strategic financial mind who can review our numbers periodically, flag risks, and guide bigger-picture decisions around cash flow, ad spend ROI, and overall financial health. Responsibilities Review monthly financials (P&L, cash flow) and provide strategic commentary. Evaluate marketing/ad spend efficiency and ROI at a high level Advise on cash flow planning and runway given variable ad spend Flag financial risks, inefficiencies, or red flags in spending patterns Guide subscription/vendor spend consolidation Light involvement in budgeting and forecasting conversations Available for occasional strategic calls (within the monthly hour allotment) Required: Loom Video Skill Assessment To apply, please submit a Loom video completing the following task: Instructions: Request the sample P&L file by replying to this job post or including a note in your application — we'll send it over.
