Chief Operating Officer (COO) — Full-Time
Worldwide
About the Company We're one of the fastest-growing education and business-coaching brands in the country — ranked #35 on the Inc. 5000 list of Fastest-Growing Companies. Our founder has built a personal brand and a coaching program that generates real, measurable results for hundreds of students, and we're now scaling the operation to match the ambition behind it. We're not looking for someone to maintain what exists. We're looking for the person who takes this company from a founder-led business to an operationally excellent, scalable machine — the kind of infrastructure that sits behind names like Grant Cardone, Alex Hormozi, and Myron Golden. We're specifically looking for someone who has directly worked with or under an operator at that level — not someone who has studied them from a distance. If you've been in the room, on the team, or in the operating structure of a business built by someone like that, this is your seat. The Role This is a full-time, high-level Chief Operating Officer position, reporting directly to the Founder/CEO. You will own day-to-day operations end to end — the Founder is stepping back from the operational weight of the business specifically to hand it to you. You'll walk into a company that already has a clear org structure, defined roles, and a rollout plan — this is not a "figure it out from scratch" situation. What we need is someone who can run that structure, sharpen it, and bring the operational discipline that took companies like Cardone Capital, Acquisition.com, and Myron Golden's businesses from ambitious to institutional. What You'll Own - Full operational leadership — set direction and priorities for the Ops Manager, Program Director, and the teams beneath them. - Systems and accountability — oversee the rollout of KPIs, job descriptions, and daily/weekly accountability rhythms across the team. - Liaison to sales and finance — work directly with the existing sales team and finance function to keep revenue operations tight and reporting clean. - Strategic partnership with the Founder — handle the operational decisions that don't need the Founder in the room, and bring the ones that do to her clearly and with a recommendation already attached. - Team building — you'll be walking into a company actively building out its leadership bench; you'll shape how that team runs. What We're Looking For - Direct experience working with or under a high-level operator — someone like Grant Cardone, Alex Hormozi, or Myron Golden. This is the single most important qualification for this role. We want the name of the organization and the person you worked under, not a general reference to "similar experience." - Verifiable proof that you actually helped scale entrepreneurs to that level — specific revenue numbers, growth percentages, or team/org milestones you were responsible for, backed by references, documentation, testimonials, or people we can call. A title on a résumé is not proof. - Proven experience scaling an 8-figure (or larger) company — we want to see it on your résumé, not just hear it in an interview. - A track record of building and running operational systems, not just following ones someone else built. - Someone who doesn't need to be micromanaged — you should be bringing us ideas, not waiting for instructions. - Comfortable being the operational backbone behind a public-facing founder/personality brand — you understand that your job is to make her bigger, not to be the face yourself. - A history of being trusted with real authority, and a track record that shows you've earned it. Why This Role You're joining a company that's already been recognized nationally for its growth — this isn't a bet, it's a company with a formula that already works and a founder who's serious about scaling it correctly. You'll have real authority from day one, with the org structure and systems already mapped out for you. This is a seat at the table, not a task list — we're hiring a strategic partner to the CEO, not a project manager. Compensation Competitive, commensurate with experience — we're focused on finding the right operator, not fitting a rate to a rigid range. If you're the person who can genuinely help us scale the way Cardone, Hormozi, and Golden's organizations scaled, let's talk numbers. How to Apply We're not looking for claims — we're looking for proof. Your application needs to include: 1. Who the high-level operator (Grant Cardone, Alex Hormozi, Myron Golden, or someone at that tier) was, and what your actual role was in their organization. 2. What you scaled — specific numbers: revenue growth, team size, or operational milestones you were directly responsible for. 3. How we can verify it — a reference we can contact, a LinkedIn recommendation, a case study, press coverage, or anything else that confirms this isn't just a title on a résumé. Applications without all three will be deprioritized. We'd rather review fewer applications and talk to people who can actually back up what they say.
