Chief Technical Officer (CTO)

We are seeking an experienced Chief Technical Officer (CTO) to lead the company’s technology strategy, systems architecture, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives. The CTO will oversee all technical operations, guide software and infrastructure decisions, and ensure that technology supports the company’s long-term business goals. The ideal candidate has strong leadership experience, a background in software and infrastructure management, and the ability to align technology with operational growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the company’s overall technology strategy. Oversee software systems, cloud infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity. Lead and manage internal and external technical teams, developers, and IT contractors. Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability. Ensure data security, backup procedures, and compliance with best practices. Work closely with leadership to support business operations and growth initiatives. Manage technology budgets, vendor relationships, and technical procurement. Establish technical standards, documentation, and operational processes. Monitor system performance and proactively resolve technical risks. Support automation and digital tools that improve real estate operations, marketing, and reporting. Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in software development, IT infrastructure, or technology leadership. 3+ years in a senior leadership role (CTO, Technical Director, VP of Engineering, or equivalent). Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Experience with cybersecurity frameworks and risk management. Knowledge of networking, remote access systems, and enterprise IT operations. Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and technical teams simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate, property management, or investment companies. Background in CRM systems, marketing automation, or business intelligence tools. Experience with software integration and process automation. Familiarity with remote workforce management and cloud collaboration tools.
