We are looking for the person who will architect, lead and build the technology that powers our entire business. Over the next five years we intend to build one of the world's most intelligent recruitment technology platforms. Our long-term vision is split into two businesses: We Are Revolution A specialist recruitment company powered by AI. WAR Platforms A software company that develops proprietary recruitment intelligence platforms, recruiter productivity tools, marketplaces and future SaaS products. This is a rare opportunity to join at the beginning and own the technical direction of that journey. The Mission Most recruitment businesses buy an ATS and hire recruiters. We're building something fundamentally different. Our goal is to create an AI-powered Recruitment Intelligence Platform that knows: Every candidate Every employer Every recruiter Every hiring opportunity Every law firm Every contact Every relationship Every market signal The system should constantly determine: Who recruiters should call Which jobs to discuss Which firms to target Which candidates fit which opportunities Which employers are likely to hire What recruiters should say Which submissions are most likely to succeed The recruiter should spend their time closing deals rather than searching databases. What You'll Build You'll lead the development of an AI-first recruitment ecosystem including: AI Recruitment Intelligence Platform The platform will combine: Candidate Intelligence Employer Intelligence Job Intelligence Contact Intelligence Practice Area Knowledge Matching Intelligence Recruiter Intelligence Everything else will consume this intelligence layer. Salesforce will remain our operational system of record while the intelligence platform sits above it. AI Agents We expect AI agents to become central to the business. You'll help build agents that: Source candidates Identify hiring firms Enrich candidate profiles Score candidate quality Score AM Law readiness Match candidates to jobs Prioritise recruiter activity Write personalised outreach Assist recruiters during calls Recommend submissions Learn from recruiter feedback Recruiter Productivity Platform Our objective is to dramatically increase recruiter output. We'll build tools including: AI recruiter assistants Candidate prioritisation Call guidance Submission recommendations Market intelligence Workflow automation Recruiter dashboards Every tool should help recruiters move faster and make better decisions. Recruitment Marketplaces You'll also help build products including: LegalJobsNow CPAJobsNow Future industry-specific JobsNow platforms Candidate portals Employer portals AI chatbots Internal productivity applications All of these will consume the same intelligence platform rather than operating as standalone systems. Core Platforms Salesforce n8n Claude Code Anthropic APIs OpenAI APIs Automation n8n Zapier Make Webhooks REST APIs OAuth Development Python JavaScript / TypeScript SQL API Integration AI Prompt Engineering AI Agents LLM Integration Workflow Automation Recruitment Experience is Mandatory This role is not suitable for someone coming from fintech, ecommerce or generic SaaS. You must have significant experience building technology for recruitment businesses. You should understand: Recruitment workflows ATS platforms Candidate sourcing Client acquisition Recruiter operating models Candidate marketing Job boards CRM systems Recruitment automation Go-to-market within recruitment Understanding recruitment is just as important as understanding software. This is non-negotiable. Responsibilities You'll own our technical roadmap. This includes: Designing overall system architecture Deciding what we build versus what we buy Selecting technology partners Building integrations Developing AI agents Improving recruiter productivity Managing developers and freelancers Working closely with the Founder on product strategy Creating scalable systems that can support multiple future products What Success Looks Like You won't be measured by lines of code. You'll be measured by business outcomes. Success means: Recruiters place more candidates Recruiters work faster More booked calls Better matching Better data quality Better automation Better recruiter experience More proprietary intelligence A growing technology moat around our business Ultimately, the software exists to generate recruitment revenue while building valuable proprietary data assets. Working Arrangement Remote Pakistan preferred Minimum 40 hours per week Up to 50 hours per week Hourly paid - but full time. Hours tracked Directly reporting to the Founder Compensation $15 - $20 USD per hour Up to 50 hours per week Approximately $750 - $1000 per week Approximately $3,250 - $4400 per month Why This Role Is Different Most CTO roles involve maintaining existing systems. This role is about creating an entirely new category of recruitment technology. You'll help build: AI agents Recruitment intelligence systems Marketplaces Recruiter operating systems Matching engines SaaS products Automation platforms From day one you'll influence every major technical decision.
