Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Childcare Enrollment Marketing Virtual Assistant to manage and grow our digital presence, generate qualified leads, and increase enrollment across all locations. This is not simply a social media posting role. We are looking for someone who can build and execute a comprehensive enrollment marketing strategy that combines: - Social Media Marketing - Search Engine Optimization (SEO) - AI Search Optimization - Google Business Profile Management - Paid Advertising - Website Optimization - Lead Generation - Enrollment Funnel Management Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Create, schedule, and manage content across: - Facebook - Instagram - TikTok - Lemon8 - Pinterest - YouTube - X (Twitter) - Threads Responsibilities include: - Content creation - Reels and short-form video strategy - Community engagement - Hashtag research - Parent testimonials - Classroom highlights - Open house promotions - Enrollment campaigns - Monthly content calendars Paid Advertising Management Create and optimize: - Facebook Ads - Instagram Ads - Google Search Ads - Google Display Ads - YouTube Ads - Retargeting campaigns Responsibilities include: - Audience targeting - A/B testing - Budget management - Conversion tracking - Lead generation optimization - Cost-per-lead reduction Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Improve rankings for searches such as: - Infant daycare near me - Toddler care near me - Preschool near me - Preschool for All Portland - Childcare Beaverton - Daycare Tigard - Infant care SW Portland - Childcare NE Portland Responsibilities include: - Keyword research - On-page SEO - Local SEO - Technical SEO recommendations - Backlink opportunities - Directory submissions - Competitor analysis Google Business Profile Optimization Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles by: - Updating business information - Posting weekly updates - Uploading photos and videos - Managing reviews - Increasing local search visibility - Improving Google Maps rankings AI Search Optimization Optimize our online presence to appear in: - ChatGPT recommendations - Google AI Overviews - Gemini - Claude - Perplexity - Other AI-powered search platforms Responsibilities include: - Structured content creation - FAQ optimization - Local authority building - Schema markup recommendations - Review generation strategies - AI-friendly website content development Website Optimization Continuously improve website performance by: - Updating website content - Improving landing pages - Increasing conversions - Creating enrollment funnels - Improving user experience - Optimizing mobile performance - Increasing inquiry submissions Analytics & Reporting Provide monthly reports including: - Website traffic - Lead generation - Enrollment inquiries - Cost per lead - Return on ad spend (ROAS) - SEO rankings - Social media growth - Google Business Profile performance - Conversion rates Success Metrics Success will be measured by: - Increased enrollment inquiries - Increased tour bookings - Increased infant enrollments - Increased toddler enrollments - Increased Preschool for All enrollments - Top 3 Google rankings for targeted childcare searches - Increased website traffic - Reduced cost per lead - Increased social media engagement - Increased AI search visibility Preferred Qualifications - Experience marketing childcare centers, schools, healthcare providers, or family-focused businesses - Strong understanding of local SEO - Experience with Google Business Profiles - Experience with Facebook and Google Ads - Experience creating video content and reels - Knowledge of AI search optimization strategies - Familiarity with WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar platforms To Apply Please provide: 1.
