Children's Apparel Technical Designer

I am launching a premium children’s clothing brand and have completed the designs for my first two dresses. I am looking for an experienced children’s apparel technical designer to create factory-ready tech packs from my finalized designs. The dresses include embroidery, crochet lace trim, flutter sleeves, keyhole backs, bows, and coordinating baby romper versions. The ideal candidate has experience creating production-ready tech packs for children’s apparel and understands garment construction, grading, trims, embroidery placement, and factory communication. Please include examples of previous children’s apparel tech packs or similar work in your proposal.
