Children's Character Designer / Illustrator / Storytelling

I have about 15-20 illustrated / 3d-modeled characters meant for children's dance videos. Think like baby shark (featuring finny the shark) style or "Hello Hello (can you clap your hands)" Noodle & Pals style. I want someone well experienced in children's videos and character design to look at my characters and give design feedback, working with my 3d-modeler to 'perfect' and finalize these characters before I move on to using the models to create the animated dance videos. I'm looking for in-depth and thoughtful feedback, more than just "it looks great!" The target audience is 1-5 year olds.
