Children's Character Illustrator: Character Bundle (3 Vehicles + 1 Child Base)

I am looking for a skilled digital illustrator to create a character art bundle for our posters, activity sheets, and website. Visual Style Required: Rich, warm digital storybook illustration with soft shading, highlights, and clean, bold outlines (see attached reference images). (Note: We are NOT looking for basic flat clip-art or 3D renders. We want warm, approachable, high-quality characters full of personality). Scope of Work 1. Three (3) Construction Vehicles (Full Color + Standalone Line Art): Doug the Excavator: Friendly orange excavator with expressive eyes and a warm smile (see attached Doug reference). Trev the Tipper (with Trailer): Friendly tipper truck matching Doug's exact visual style. Note: Trev needs a matching trailer drawn on a separate layer/file so it can be attached or shown on its own. Pete the Skid Steer: Friendly skid-steer loader matching Doug's exact visual style. 2. One (1) Modular Child Base Character (Full Color + Standalone Line Art): Outfit & Gear: High-vis safety vest, hard hat, t-shirt, shorts, and work boots (see attached Child reference). Pose: Friendly, waving standing posture. Six (6) Interchangeable Hair Overlays (Line Art & Colored): - Short Curly / Cropped Curls - Medium Curly (chin-length) - Long Curly (shoulder-length) - Short Straight (classic short cut) - Medium Straight (bob/medium length) - Long Straight (past shoulders) One set of glasses Required Deliverables - Layered Source Files (.PSD, .AI, or Procreate): Must have the clean black line art on its own isolated top layer above the color and shading layers. Trev's trailer must also be on its own toggleable layer. - Exported PNGs: High-resolution transparent PNGs (300 DPI) for both full-color shaded versions and black-and-white line art versions. - Commercial Copyright: 100% full commercial copyright ownership transferred upon project completion.
