Children’s Picture Book Designer / Layout Artist – Final Polish & Back Cover Redesign

Job Description: I am looking for an experienced Children’s Book Designer / Graphic Designer to put the final, professional touches on a fully written and illustrated children's picture book. The story text and core illustrations are 100% complete. However, I need a designer’s eye to handle the book typography, layout harmony, and overall commercial appeal to ensure it looks modern and stands out in the market. Scope of Work: Back Cover Redesign: The current back cover layout feels disjointed. Author Bio Integration: I want to add the author's picture to the back cover in a creative way (e.g., placed as a photo frame on a drawn bookshelf). The current illustrated version of the photo isn’t working, so I want to seamlessly and creatively integrate a real photograph into the illustrated background with a "creative splash." Modern Style Infusion: Help me give the overall layout a more modern, saleable look. The current attempt uses a front cover circle element that distracts from the story's theme. We need a designer who can introduce subtle, modern layout or typographic elements that elevate the book without changing the core illustrations. Text & Image Placement: Ensure perfect harmony between the text placement and the inner page illustrations throughout the book.
