Children book illustration and layout

Summary

I am looking for a illustrator for a children chapter book. Illustrations would include of black and white sketched images only. 8-10 images and cover art as this is a entry chapter book and there should not be too many images. The cover will be the only illustration in color. The illustrator should also be able to do the layout of the book so that it is ready to be printed at the completion of the project.
