Childrens book illustration

Looking for someone who can turn a project over pretty quickly. This is a custome book made for two boys who lost their mother. I have a photo of the boys which is not clear but unfortunately the only photo i have, and i have one very clear photo of the parents. Please let me know if you would be willing to provide a sample of just character faces as i am after someone who can get as close to perfect replication.
