China-Based Sourcing Agent Needed – Excess Stock, Cancelled Orders, Factory Surplus

We are Crown Brands Direct, a UK-based clearance and procurement company. We purchase excess stock, cancelled orders, factory overproduction, QC Grade A/B, and warehouse surplus from manufacturers worldwide. We are now looking for a China-based sourcing agent to work with us on a long-term basis. This role involves locating small excess-stock parcels (100–1,000 units) from factories, especially in Foshan, Dongguan, and Guangzhou, consolidating goods into a warehouse, and assisting with export preparation to the UK.

• Visit factories or communicate directly with factory owners/trading companies
• Source small job-lots such as:
• Excess inventory
• Cancelled orders
• Overstock
• Leftover production
• QC Grade A/B
• Products should be retail-ready, typically in the £10–£100 RRP range
• Get full details of any parcel:
• Photos
• Videos
• Quantity list
• Product specifications
• Original order details
• Negotiate prices on our behalf
• Arrange consolidation of goods to a warehouse (we can provide one)
• Assist with pre-export preparation
• Communicate daily via WhatsApp (primary) or WeChat
