China-Based Virtual Assistant for Sourcing, Receiving & Forwarding Samples

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant based in mainland China to help coordinate small product sourcing and sample-handling tasks on an ongoing basis. This is a long-term, part-time role that starts small. The first tasks are simple and self-contained — I'll give clear, step-by-step instructions for each one, and the workload can grow as we build a working relationship. What you'll do: - Contact Chinese suppliers and service providers by WeChat, phone, or email to ask questions and gather pricing and turnaround information - Receive small parcels at your address (or a local pickup point) on my behalf - Repackage and forward items to other addresses within China using SF Express or similar - Document each step clearly in a shared Google Doc or spreadsheet (I'll provide the template) - Translate short messages between Chinese and English as needed You're a good fit if you: - Are based in mainland China and fluent in both Mandarin and English (written and spoken) - Are organized, responsive, and comfortable following precise instructions - Have a stable address where you can receive packages - Can use WeChat, email, and Google Docs comfortably - Communicate proactively and flag problems early - Are discreet and professional with business information Nice to have: - Experience as a sourcing agent, procurement assistant, or virtual assistant - Familiarity with Chinese peptide market To apply, please tell me: 1.
