China Product Sourcing

We are an established Australian beauty brand seeking a highly experienced China-based sourcing specialist to become a long-term part of our team. We regularly develop and launch new beauty, skincare, and personal care products and require someone who can help us source products directly from factories, negotiate pricing, manage supplier relationships, coordinate samples, and identify new product opportunities. This is not a one-off project. We are looking for a trusted long-term partner who can work with us on an ongoing basis as our product range expands. Responsibilities: • Source products directly from manufacturers across China • Identify reliable factories and avoid trading companies where possible • Negotiate pricing, MOQs, payment terms, and production schedules • Coordinate product samples and revisions • Assist with private label and custom product development • Source packaging and product components • Conduct supplier due diligence and factory verification • Manage communication with factories • Assist with quality control and production monitoring • Help identify innovative products and emerging trends within the beauty industry • Support shipping and logistics coordination when required Our Product Categories: • LED beauty devices • IPL hair removal devices • EMS and microcurrent devices • Beauty tools and accessories • Hair care products • Skincare products • Wellness and personal care products Requirements: • Fluent in English and Mandarin • Proven sourcing experience in China • Strong negotiation and communication skills • Existing network of factory contacts • Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or consumer products preferred • Ability to independently manage sourcing projects from factory selection through to production To Apply: Please provide: • A summary of your sourcing experience • Product categories you have sourced • Examples of successful projects • Your location • Your availability • Your preferred fee structure We are looking for someone we can build a long-term working relationship with as we continue to expand our product portfolio.
