China Sourcing Agent Needed for Dropshipping Product Optimization + Factory Sourcing

We are looking for a reliable China sourcing agent to help improve our current dropshipping products, find better suppliers, reduce product costs, and streamline fulfillment. We already have active ecommerce products and need someone who can move fast, communicate clearly through Upwork, and help us improve pricing, quality, packaging, lead times, and supplier reliability. Main responsibilities: * Review our current dropshipping products and supplier pricing * Find direct factories or lower-cost suppliers for the same or similar products * Compare pricing, MOQ, product quality, packaging options, lead times, and shipping options * Negotiate better product cost and shipping cost * Source new product opportunities based on our niche, style, and requirements * Request samples and help evaluate product quality when needed * Communicate with suppliers and factories professionally * Identify suppliers that can support custom packaging, branding, and faster fulfillment * Help avoid unreliable suppliers and unnecessary middlemen * Provide organized supplier comparison reports with quotes, product details, and notes Ideal candidate: * Based in China or has strong direct access to Chinese suppliers and factories * Experienced with China sourcing platforms and supplier research * Understands ecommerce, dropshipping, and private-label fulfillment * Can negotiate pricing professionally * Strong English communication * Able to verify whether a supplier is a real factory or trading company * Detail-oriented, organized, and fast with updates * Bonus if you have experience with Shopify brands, custom packaging, product inspection, or quality control First task: We will provide a list of our current products, product photos, current costs, and supplier details inside Upwork. Your first task will be to find cheaper or better supplier options and provide a clear comparison of the best options.
