China Sourcing Agent (Women’s Fashion)

We are a growing US-based women’s fashion ecommerce brand looking for an experienced sourcing agent to help us build long-term relationships with high-quality factories and improve our overall sourcing and dropshipping operations. We are NOT looking for basic catalog sourcing or low-end fast fashion suppliers. Our focus is on premium women’s fashion, including: * premium denim, * statement sets, * jumpsuits, * embellished garments, * trend-forward fashion, * and high-quality boutique-style products similar to stronger Taobao fashion brands and suppliers. We are specifically searching for someone who already has strong relationships with factories producing high-quality garments and who understands garment quality, fit, construction, fabrics, stitching, washes, and sizing standards for US customers. ## Responsibilities * Source high-quality women’s fashion products * Introduce us directly to reliable factories * Help identify factories producing premium garments * Assist with quality control and sizing consistency * Coordinate with dropshipping/fulfillment operations * Help streamline sourcing and production workflows * Maintain communication with factories regarding production quality and timelines * Help transition successful products into long-term factory relationships and production opportunities ## What We Are Looking For * Experience sourcing women’s fashion products * Existing relationships with fashion factories * Understanding of premium garment quality and construction * Experience with denim, embellishments, specialty fabrics, and detailed garments * Understanding of US sizing and fit expectations * Experience working with dropshipping operations and ecommerce brands * Strong communication and organizational skills * Ability to help identify scalable and reliable factory partners ## Important We are looking for a long-term relationship with someone who wants to grow together over time.
