China-based Agent Needed for Turkish Consulate / Commercial Document Legalization

We are looking for a professional China-based agency, inspection company, sourcing agent, or document legalization specialist to handle commercial document approval/legalization in China. The document is related to Turkish customs / TAREKS import requirements. It may include a Declaration of Conformity, manufacturer declaration, supplier declaration, or similar commercial document issued by a Chinese manufacturer/exporter. Experience with Turkey-related documents is preferred, but not mandatory. The most important requirement is previous experience with commercial document legalization, consular legalization, embassy legalization, CCPIT, notarization, or similar document approval processes in China. This is not a visa service. The agency/person should be able to: - Review the document and confirm the correct process - Advise which legalization/approval steps are required - Coordinate with the Chinese manufacturer/exporter if original stamped documents are needed - Handle or coordinate the submission process in China - Follow up until the document is approved/legalized - Provide a clear timeline, cost, and required document list before starting Preferred location: Guangzhou / Shenzhen / Guangdong, but other cities in China are acceptable if the agency has relevant experience.
