Job Description: We are seeking an experienced China-based sourcing agent to assist with product discovery. The ideal candidate should be skilled in identifying low-cost, high-quality products across various suppliers in China. If you have a sharp eye for deals, deep local market insights, and a broad network of suppliers, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: Actively identify and source products in line with our specifications and quality standards. Provide a list of potential suppliers for each product and get quotations. Conduct thorough research to ensure the products sourced are of top-notch quality. Liaise with suppliers, negotiate prices, and finalize deals that ensure value for both quality and price. Provide detailed product reports, including pictures, prices, and supplier contact details. Handle initial quality checks, and oversee any samples required before bulk ordering. Stay updated on market trends and provide insights on new products or opportunities. Requirements: Based in China. Proven experience as a sourcing agent or similar role. Strong understanding of the Chinese market and supplier networks. Ability to negotiate effectively and ensure quality and cost savings. Proficient in English and Mandarin, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and reporting skills. Knowledgeable about international shipping and customs processes.
