QC in China

Title: Bilingual (Mandarin/English) China Sourcing & QC Agent — Membrane/Technical Textile Experience a Strong Plus About the role We are a supplier of air-supported dome and fabric structures, actively sourcing components from factories across China. We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented sourcing agent who is fluent in both Mandarin and English to manage our supplier relationships and orders on the ground. What you'll do - Product sourcing and factory verification, including price comparison against our technical specifications - Full order tracking during production, pre-shipment inspection, and loading supervision - Preparation of export documents — commercial invoice, packing list, and relevant certifications - Logistics arrangement for sea/air shipment, with real-time cargo tracking - Ongoing bilingual communication with Chinese factories to resolve all order matters What we're looking for - Native or fluent Mandarin and strong written/spoken English based in China - Proven experience as a sourcing agent, QC inspector, or trading company liaison - Comfortable visiting factories and conducting in-person inspections - Organized, responsive, and able to communicate clearly across time zones - Strong plus: hands-on experience with membranes and membrane fabrication (PVC/PVDF/PTFE fabrics, technical textiles, welded/coated fabric production) - Plus: based in the greater Shanghai area To apply Please share a short overview of your relevant sourcing experience, any sectors or product types you specialize in, your location/proximity to manufacturing hubs, and your rate.
