Chinese Graphic Designer Needed – Adobe Illustrator Expert

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented graphic designer who is fluent in Chinese (Traditional and/or Simplified) and skilled in Adobe Illustrator to create professional, visually compelling materials for public information campaigns. This includes designing flyers, infographics, and promotional materials related to Legislative Council (LegCo) information for Hong Kong constituents. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for clean, culturally appropriate design and is comfortable working with Chinese typography, layout conventions, and bilingual content (Chinese/English). Responsibilities - Design flyers, posters, and informational materials in Chinese - Ensure accurate, aesthetically pleasing Chinese typography, spacing, and layout - Prepare print-ready and digital files (PDF, AI, PNG, etc.) - Maintain consistent branding and formatting across materials - Ensure designs are culturally appropriate and easily understood by Hong Kong residents - Deliver files in a timely manner and accommodate revision requests Requirements - Fluent in written Chinese (Traditional Chinese required) with strong understanding of Chinese typographic conventions - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required); familiarity with Photoshop/InDesign a plus - Strong portfolio showcasing bilingual or Chinese-language design work - Experience designing for print (flyers, posters, brochures) - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand/style guidelines - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
