Chinese / Korean / Vietnamese Native — AI Voice Localization

We run a YouTube channel that teaches Japanese listening comprehension to foreign learners. Our existing videos are narrated in Japanese (main) with English (support). We are now expanding to more languages and are looking for native speakers to help produce the localized audio. The Japanese audio stays exactly as it is. Languages needed (we hire one native speaker per language): Chinese (Simplified) Chinese (Traditional) Korean Vietnamese Important: You do NOT record with your own voice. All audio is generated with ElevenLabs (AI voice). We will walk you through the exact process. You do NOT edit video. This is audio-only work. We plan to send similar work on an ongoing basis. WHAT YOU WILL DO Proofread the script We provide a list of words and example sentences already translated into your language. You review it as a native speaker and fix anything unnatural, mistranslated, or missing. Generate the audio (ElevenLabs) Using the approved script, you generate the voice-over. We provide the settings and step-by-step instructions, so prior experience is welcome but not required. Replace the English audio In the original audio track, replace only the English segments with your generated audio, matched to the original timing. Export the audio track only. Final quality check Confirm each line correctly pairs with its Japanese counterpart, and that pronunciation and intonation sound natural to a native ear. Deliver the files. VOLUME & BUDGET Approx. 130 words per video (one Japanese word/phrase + its translation counts as one item) Fixed price: US$[AMOUNT] per video, per language We would like to start with one video. Reliable freelancers will receive ongoing work at a preferred rate. REQUIREMENTS Native-level fluency in Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Korean, or Vietnamese — please state which language(s) you can cover Able to communicate in English or Japanese Comfortable with basic audio editing and timing adjustment (Audacity, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) Careful and responsive with small revisions NICE TO HAVE Experience with ElevenLabs or other AI voice tools Background in translation, proofreading, or language teaching Interest in a long-term working relationship DELIVERABLES Audio file in .mp3 or .wav Same length and timing as the original video One file per language (Exact specs to be confirmed together.) HIRING PROCESS Apply and tell us which language(s) you cover. We share the reference material and confirm the scope with you. Paid test: we send you 3 items to produce as a small fixed-price contract (US$1). If the quality and communication are a good fit, we move on to the full video (~130 items). Delivery, revisions, then payment and release of the milestone. TERMS All rights to the delivered files transfer to us upon payment.
