Chinese IP Lawyer - NNN Agreement & Design Protection

We're a NZ company manufacturing a new product with factories in China and need a China-qualified lawyer to help protect our design and CAD data. Scope: - Draft/strengthen an NNN Agreement (Non-Disclosure, Non-Use, Non-Circumvention) enforceable under PRC law, Chinese jurisdiction, factory chop, controlling Chinese-language version - Review any factory-supplied agreement templates for one-sided terms - Advise whether a design patent/utility model registration in China is worthwhile, and assist with filing if so - Available for occasional follow-up advice as the factory relationship develops. Must-haves: licensed to practise in China, fluent English, proven NNN agreement experience for foreign SMEs, familiarity with Chinese design patents. Budget: fixed price for initial NNN agreement + patent opinion; hourly/retainer for ongoing advice. Please quote both.
