Summary

We are seeking a specialist to assist with DMCA takedown processes in India. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling legal and technical aspects of DMCA takedowns, ensuring compliance with Indian regulations. Responsibilities include identifying infringing content, preparing takedown notices, and coordinating with legal teams. Strong communication skills are essential for effective collaboration and issue resolution. This will be India focused; we are looking for a per/notice price structure for initial letter. If there are any follow up work needed, we can discuss that separately. Offenders are mostly very small craftsmen and accept the notice without questions.
