The ideal candidate should have: Experience creating B2B sales decks, pitch decks, sales kits, or marketing collateral Strong understanding of sales strategy, business positioning, and how to communicate value propositions effectively Familiarity with the Chinese market and Chinese business communication Excellent visual taste and a strong sense of aesthetics A refined understanding of typography, layout, spacing, visual hierarchy, branding, and presentation design The ability to create materials that feel premium, modern, elegant, and commercially credible, rather than relying on generic PowerPoint templates The ability to turn complex business information into simple, visually engaging narratives Strong attention to detail and consistency across different sales materials A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality presentation design and good visual judgment is highly preferred.
