Chinese sourcing agent & due diligence

Summary

I'm a UK e-commerce brand sourcing a food supplement (softgel capsules) from China. I have several shortlisted suppliers and need someone with China-based sourcing experience and access to Chinese business registries to (1) verify the companies I've already found, then (2) help me find and vet additional options. Phase 1 — Verify existing shortlist (immediate): I have 3 shortlisted manufacturers/trading companies. For each I'll provide the company name, Unified Social Credit Code, and the certificates/documents they've sent. I need you to: Confirm each entity is real, registered, and currently active on GSXT (and cross-check on Qichacha/Tianyancha), with registered capital, legal representative, establishment date, and business scope. Flag where the trading company differs from the production company, and confirm any authorization/distributor relationship is consistent with the records. Verify the manufacturer's scope covers food/dietary supplement production. Check for red flags: litigation, abnormal-operation listings, deregistration, very recent formation, mismatched addresses. Confirm certificates (GMP/ISO/HACCP/HALAL etc.) are genuine where verifiable. Deliverable: a short English report per company with the official registry records (screenshots/PDFs, GSXT-sourced) and a clear go / caution / avoid recommendation. Phase 2 - Continue sourcing (ongoing): Once the existing shortlist is verified, I want help finding additional qualified suppliers for the same product to compare on price, MOQ, certifications, and reliability — and running the same verification on any new ones. This could become regular work (more products, QC coordination, sample handling) for the right person. Product context: black seed oil softgels, vegan capsule shells, standardised active content, halal-certified, white-label, shipped DDP to the UK. I'll share the full spec with shortlisted candidates. To apply, please tell me: Accuracy and official-source documentation matter most. Looking for a long-term sourcing partner, not just a one-off.
