Supply Chain Manager — Dropshipping Jewelry & Fashion Brands (Mandarin Chinese required) We run a group of e-commerce jewelry and fashion brands selling in the US, UK, EU, and Australia. We work directly with a supplier/manufacturer in China and are looking for a Supply Chain Manager to own the daily relationship with them and keep our orders, quality checks, and pricing running smoothly. What you'll do: Communicate daily with our supplier in Mandarin Chinese to manage orders, follow-ups, and issues Track order status across all our stores and flag orders that are delayed, stuck, or missing tracking updates Manage quality checks — request and follow up on product photos, videos, and size charts before new products go live Handle requotations — request updated pricing from the supplier when costs change or new products are added, and follow up until confirmed Monitor processing and shipping times against our internal targets (business days, Monday–Friday) and escalate anything falling outside the norm Investigate and resolve damaged, incorrect, or missing item cases with the supplier, arranging replacements or refunds Keep our shared Google Sheets accurate and up to date (order status, quality checks, requotations) Proactively flag recurring supplier problems — quality issues, chronic delays, pricing disputes — so we can fix the root cause What we need from you: Fluent Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) — essential, as you'll be the direct point of contact with our Chinese supplier Fluent English for reporting back to our team Experience in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or supplier management (dropshipping/e-commerce background is a strong plus) Comfortable working daily in Google Sheets with structured, accurate data entry Detail-oriented and organized — able to track dozens of open items across multiple stores and product lines at once Reliable and proactive — someone who follows up on things themselves rather than waiting to be asked Available for consistent daily hours, with overlap into both our team's hours and the supplier's business hours in China Nice to have: Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms Experience with tracking tools like ParcelPanel or 17TRACK Experience negotiating pricing and MOQs with Chinese manufacturers To apply, please include: Your experience working directly with Chinese suppliers/manufacturers Your Mandarin Chinese fluency level Your available hours and timezone overlap
