We are a outdoor living design firm looking for a skilled landscape designer to produce complete, construction-ready landscape design packages for residential projects. Our projects focus on outdoor living spaces including pools, patios, pergolas, lighting, planting, and full site transformations. We are looking for designers who can deliver clean, professional plans and photorealistic renderings that match a luxury standard. This is ongoing work for the right designer. ⸻ Project Deliverables (Required) Each project must include the following: Plans & Documentation • Existing Conditions Plan • Hardscape Layout Plan • Dimensions Plan • Elevation Plan (for key features such as pergolas, walls, kitchens, etc.) • Planting Plan • Plant Palette (with plant images, quantities, and names) • Lighting Plan • Material List • Full Spec Sheet (materials, finishes, fixtures, and product selections) 3D Visualization • 20 Total Renderings • 15 Day Views • 5 Night Views (with lighting effects) ⸻ Planting Requirements • Plant images included • Botanical and common names • Sizes (gallon size or height) • Clear identification on planting plan ⸻ What We Provide • Property photos and videos • Survey or base plan (when available) • Client goals and budget • Design direction and inspiration • Material preferences (when applicable) • Loom video explaining project scope ⸻ Software Requirements (Preferred) • SketchUp • Lumion / Twinmotion / Enscape • AutoCAD or Layout for construction sheets ⸻ What We’re Looking For • Experience with residential landscape design • Strong understanding of outdoor construction methods • Clean, professional sheet layout • Photorealistic rendering quality • Ability to meet deadlines (6–8days per project) • Strong communication ⸻ To Apply Please include: • Portfolio of landscape projects • Sample construction plan set • Sample renderings (day and night) • Software you use • Your turnaround time • Your rate per project ⸻ This is ongoing work for designers who can consistently deliver high-quality results.
