Christian Content Operations Manager / Clipper Team Builder

We are looking for an organized, proactive, and systems-oriented Social Media Manager / Content Operations Manager to help build and scale our content operation. This is not primarily an editing role. This role is focused on content operations, content distribution, clipper recruitment, workflow management, team coordination, and scaling systems. Most of the content will come from podcasts, interviews, business content, entrepreneurship content, and personal brand long-form videos. Responsibilities • Manage content posting across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook • Help create and manage additional content distribution channels • Schedule and publish content consistently • Recruit and onboard clippers • Source clippers from Discord communities, creator networks, referrals, and other clipping ecosystems • Build systems to track clipper performance and output • Assign content to clippers • Manage communication with clippers • Review content submissions for quality and consistency • Track deadlines and deliverables • Create workflows that allow content production to scale efficiently • Organize content calendars and posting schedules • Track performance metrics and reporting • Identify bottlenecks and improve processes as the operation grows What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who enjoys building systems, solving problems, and managing people. The ideal candidate understands: • Team management • Content operations • Workflow creation • Project management • Content distribution • Accountability systems • Communication and organization You should be comfortable: • Managing multiple people at once • Following up with team members • Recruiting freelancers and contractors • Creating systems from scratch • Holding people accountable • Tracking performance metrics • Managing deadlines and deliverables • Organizing content pipelines Requirements • Experience managing remote teams • Experience recruiting editors, clippers, freelancers, or contractors • Experience building workflows and operational systems • Experience using Notion, ClickUp, Trello, Airtable, Slack, Discord, Google Sheets, or similar tools • Strong organizational skills • Strong communication skills • Self-starter who can work without constant oversight • Experience with social media management is preferred • Understanding of short-form content workflows is a plus When Applying Please Include 1. Your hourly rate Important We are not looking for someone who simply schedules posts. We are looking for someone who can help build the operational backbone of a growing content ecosystem. A large part of this role will involve recruiting, organizing, managing, and scaling a clipping team while ensuring content is consistently moving through the system.
