Chrome Extension for Load Booking

am seeking an experienced Chrome Extension developer to build a browser extension that can monitor a web-based load board and automatically book loads that match user-defined criteria. The extension should continuously monitor available loads, apply customizable filters (such as minimum payout, preferred lanes, pickup and delivery locations, dates, and other parameters), and automatically complete the booking process when a qualifying load appears. The extension should provide a user-friendly interface for configuring filters, support real-time monitoring, maintain detailed logs of monitored and booked loads, and operate efficiently with minimal delay. Experience with Chrome Extension Manifest V3, JavaScript/TypeScript, browser automation, dynamic web applications, DOM manipulation, and handling asynchronous page updates is highly preferred.
