ChronoCare Pro - Full Stack SaaS MVP Build (Watch Service Management Platform) --- About the project ChronoCare Pro is a white-label B2B SaaS platform for watch service centres, jewellers, and independent watchmakers. It replaces paper-based job dockets with a digital operations layer - job intake, milestone tracking, client messaging, in-app payment, and a permanent Digital Service Record (DSR) issued on job completion. This is a well-specified project. Before posting this job I have: - A fully clickable desktop and mobile prototype (HTML file) showing every screen in detail - A complete design system (fonts, colour tokens, component library) - A written build sequence of 13 items in priority order - A data model with all entities, fields, and relationships defined - A multi-tenancy architecture requirement documented (each shop is a separate tenant with full data isolation) I am not starting from a vague idea. I am looking for a developer who can take a detailed brief and ship a production-ready product. --- What needs to be built Phase 1 only. This is the scope of this engagement: 1. Multi-tenant shop architecture - each shop gets its own subdomain and branded experience. Data isolation between shops is non-negotiable and must be audited before go-live. 2. Shop owner and watchmaker authentication 3. Job intake form - client details, watch brand, model, reference number, serial number, year, movement type, calibre, condition notes, photos, quoted price, ETA 4. Job list and dashboard - live job status, overdue alerts, no-response alerts, revenue stats, top brands, polishing vs service split 5. Four-step milestone tracker - Received, Diagnosed, In service, Ready 6. In-platform messaging between watchmaker and client 7. Native iOS app - real-time job status, milestone tracking, service record, direct messaging, push notifications (critical for phase 2 when marketplace rolls out) 8. Service log form - parts replaced, lubricants, timing results across six positions, before and after photos, internal notes 9. Digital Service Record (DSR) - auto-generated on job completion, QR-verified, permanent, downloadable as a branded PDF 10. Stripe subscription billing 11. In-app payment for client collection - QR code / Apple Pay at the counter 12. Reports dashboard - revenue by job type, revenue by brand, turnaround performance, average job value 13. White-label theming - shop name, logo, and colours configurable per subdomain What is NOT in scope for this engagement: - Marketplace or job board - Public watchmaker profiles or bidding system - Email or SMS notifications --- Design and UX A fully clickable HTML prototype exists for every screen listed above - both the watchmaker desktop view and the client mobile app view. The design system is defined including font (DM Sans), colour tokens, component styles, and spacing. You will be building to match the prototype, not designing from scratch. --- Technical requirements I am open to your recommended stack. What I care about is: - The finished product is real, deployable code that I own outright - Multi-tenant data isolation is architecturally correct and tested, not bolted on - Stripe subscription billing and in-app payment work correctly in production (not just test mode) - The client-facing experience works on a native IOS app - PDF DSR generation produces a clean, branded document with QR code - The codebase is clean enough that a second developer could inherit it without significant refactoring - Deployed to a production environment with a real domain before handoff If you have a preferred stack (React + Supabase, Next.js + PostgreSQL, or similar) I am open to your recommendation.
