**Job Title:** Cin7/DEAR Inventory Production Module Setup for One-Off Job Scheduling **Job Description:** We are looking for an experienced Cin7/DEAR Inventory specialist to help us set up a more structured production and scheduling workflow for our business. At the moment, we use Cin7/DEAR Inventory to sell and manage our products, but we need help using the production/manufacturing module in a more practical way for **one-off jobs** rather than just standard repeated product builds. The goal is to create a clear job flow from customer orders through each production process, all the way to completion. Ideally, we would like the workflow to be set up inside Cin7/DEAR so that when a job is created, the required materials/products are picked from available stock in Cin7/DEAR, and the job can then move through each stage of production. **What we need help with:** * Reviewing our current Cin7/DEAR setup * Understanding how our orders currently come through * Setting up or improving the production module for one-off/custom jobs * Creating a clear job workflow from order to completion * Ensuring stock/materials are picked or allocated from available inventory * Helping us avoid manually creating multiple separate product builds where possible * Advising on the best way to schedule and track jobs through each production stage * Creating a simple process our team can follow moving forward **Ideal outcome:** We want a system where a job can be created from an order, the required stock is allocated, and the job can be tracked through each step of the production process until it is completed. **Ideal freelancer will have:** * Strong experience with Cin7/DEAR Inventory * Experience with the production/manufacturing module * Experience setting up workflows for custom or one-off jobs * Understanding of stock allocation, BOMs, assemblies, production orders and scheduling * Ability to explain the process clearly and document the workflow for our team Please include examples of any similar Cin7/DEAR production or manufacturing workflows you have set up before.
