Cinematic Video Editor & AI Compositor (create High-End Family Videos from Photos )

Seeking an elite, artistic Video Editor & AI Compositor to help create a special, deeply personal keepsake as a family gift by taking existing family photos and making into hyperrealistic videos of new places/adventures. Not looking for stylized, dream-filter, cartoonish, or obviously synthetic AI work. The final output must look like a high-budget, professionally shot cinematic film. If a viewer can easily tell that the subject was generated or edited into the scene using AI, the work does not meet our standards. This role is a unique hybrid of cinematic video editing (emotional pacing, music selection, slow-burn timing) and advanced, invisible visual compositing (taking family photos/videos of real people and seamlessly, realistically placing them into newly generated, high-end cinematic environments). Requirements: Flawless Photorealism: The generated environments and the integrated subjects must look 100% organic and real. The skin textures, hair, and clothing must match the scene perfectly. Invisible Compositing: You must match the lighting, color temperature, shadows, and resolution exactly. There should be no jagged edges, no "green-screen halos," and absolutely no "pasted-on" looks. Zero Temporal Flickering: The face, facial expressions, and body movements must remain completely stable across 30 second clips. We will not tolerate "melting" faces, shifting features, or synthetic "dead eyes." Premium Video Editing: Assembling 10-minute deeply emotional, slow-paced cinematic videos. This requires a masterful understanding of timing, slow cross-dissolves, and matching visuals to a soft voiceover and music track. Compensation & Project Structure: Paid Test: We will begin with a 1-to-2 minute paid test edit/scene at a flat rate of $50. Ongoing Rate: For successful applicants, a rate of $30 to $50 per finished minute (depending on the complexity of the custom assets required). Conquering the Uncanny Valley: AI video often suffers from "mushy" skin textures, dead eyes, or glitchy facial transitions. How do you technically solve these visual artifacts to ensure the output looks like a high-end, professionally color-graded cinema camera shoot rather than a cheap digital render? 3. Flawless Lighting Integration: Standard reference photos rarely have the same lighting or color grading as a cinematic background. What is your process for blending the subject’s face and body realistically into a newly generated scene so the lighting direction, shadows, and ambient reflections match perfectly?
