A luxury real-estate investment platform. We're producing a series of cinematic montages of the Greater Yellowstone region for our private investor portal. This is the FIRST of an ongoing series — we want an editor we can rely on for many projects to come. ** In addition to project confidence and knowhow, we require samples of your work and your preferred software tools. ** Please, detail all three of these things: 1) Knowhow 2) Samples 3) Preferred software and assemblage We provide the raw footage (drone + ground, Yellowstone-area). You turn it into polished, emotionally compelling 60–90 second montages: story-driven pacing, music sync, a clean cinematic color grade, sound design, and tasteful on-brand titles. Brand guidelines, fonts, and motion-graphics assets are all provided. What you'll deliver • One finished montage per asset (typically 60–90s): web-optimized exports plus the source project file. • Color-graded, audio-mixed, and music-synced, with captions where needed. • On-brand titles and lower-thirds (motion assets supplied by our motion designer). • Up to 2 revision rounds included per asset. What we need • Expert in Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve (tell us which). • Strong cinematic color grading and audio mixing. • A reel showing luxury, real-estate, or travel-grade montage work. • Reliable turnaround and clear, proactive communication. Nice to have • Licensed-stock sourcing (any cost pre-approved by us, separately). • Basic After Effects / motion-graphics literacy. Budget & engagement • We start with ONE paid pilot asset and if it goes well, which we expect, we move to an ongoing series with steady work.
