Circle.so Community & Course Optimization + Automation Expert

We are looking for an experienced Circle.so operator to optimize our existing courses and community experience, with a strong focus on engagement, course completion and automation. This is not a community setup role. Our ecosystem is already live with active users. The focus is on refining the experience, increasing participation in weekly live calls, ensuring course completion (reducing drop-off) and implementing effective automation. Scope of Work: 1. Course Experience Optimization - Improve the structure and flow of existing courses - Increase module completion rates - Optimize lesson sequencing and clarity - Introduce motivation and clarity throughout the user journey 2. Community Engagement Systems - Develop systems to better nurture existing members - Strengthen consistency and accountability within the community 3. Automation (Key Focus) We are looking to implement practical, behavior-based automations, including: - Triggered messages upon module completion (e.g., progress acknowledgment) - Automated nudges for inactivity after defined time periods - Re-engagement sequences for users who drop off - Personalized messaging workflows based on user activity 4. Lifecycle & Clarity Optimization - Map and improve the full user journey (onboarding → engagement → completion) - Identify key drop-off points and implement improvements - Recommend systems to support long-term satisfaction Ideal Candidate: 1. Demonstrated experience working with Circle.so (please include examples) 2. Strong understanding of community engagement and user behavior 3. Experience with automation tools - Zapier 4. Able to work independently and propose practical improvements When applying please include: 1.
