Civil Discourse & Conflict Resolution Facilitator/Trainer ( Higher Education)

We are looking for an experienced Civil Discourse and Conflict Resolution Facilitator to develop, deliver, and assess a comprehensive training program focused on students across multiple university campuses. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with college-age populations and facilitating constructive dialogue, conflict resolution, mediation, and collaborative problem-solving in higher education environments Scope of Work The selected facilitator will: * Design and deliver a Civil Discourse & Conflict Resolution training program for university students. * Facilitate engaging workshops, dialogues, simulations, and interactive learning activities. * Evaluate participant learning outcomes and gather feedback. * Provide a final report summarizing program outcomes and recommendations. Required Qualifications: * 5+ years of experience facilitating workshops or training programs for college/university students. * 3+ years of experience in civil discourse, dialogue facilitation, conflict resolution, mediation, or restorative practices. * Experience delivering training in virtual, hybrid, and in-person settings. * Strong communication, assessment, and reporting skills. * Familiarity with higher education environments and student development. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working with colleges or universities in Washington State. * Curriculum design and learning outcome assessment experience. * Knowledge of campus climate, student engagement, and community dialogue. * Proven track record of successful program implementation with references. Education Required: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. * Master's degree in Conflict Resolution, Peace Studies, Communication, Higher Education, Student Affairs, Restorative Practices, or a related field. *Doctoral Degree (PhD, EdD, etc.) with research or professional expertise (Highly Preferred) What We Require from You * Updated resume (latest version) *A brief overview of your relevant experience. *Examples of similar programs or workshops you have facilitated.
