Civil Engineer / Civil Designer Needed for Residential Development Plan Package (Garland, TX)

We are seeking an experienced civil engineer or civil designer to prepare a site plan package for a residential development project on an undeveloped lot in Garland, Texas. The City of Garland has requested revised plans that comply with its Technical Standards Manual (TSM). The selected freelancer will be responsible for preparing the necessary site and civil plans required for permit review. Scope includes: * Site plan preparation * Utility layout (water and sewer connections) * Drainage and grading plan * Stormwater and drainage calculations, if required * Setback and easement considerations * Supporting documentation required for city review We will provide: * Survey information * City review comments * Design criteria documents * Existing project information Please provide: 1.
